How do I connect with the NHLAA study?

Please make sure you have the most recent version of the Neeka application downloaded from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

You should have received an invitation from your Trusted Resource to connect with the study. If you have not, or if the invitation link expired, please reach out to team@conciergesites.com for a new invitation.

I'm not receiving push notifications
Please make sure you have the most recent version of the Neeka application downloaded from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

When you sign into the application, click on your profile in the upper right corner. Click on settings, and make sure “Enable push notifications” is active.

If this does not solve your issue, please email us at support@neekahealth.com, as you may need to enable notifications through your phone’s system settings.
